With more than ten years experience in servicing the Banking and Finance industry, Tory Stevens made the move to establish Kennedy & Stevens in 2008. As Director of Kennedy & Stevens, Tory is the guiding force behind the business, focussed on delivering excellence in executive search for both her clients and candidates alike. Prior to starting up Kennedy & Stevens, Tory was an integral member of the management team at Link Executive Search. Tory has an extensive and well established network throughout Australia and the Asia Pacific region, having lived and worked in Asia, predominantly Singapore, for approximately 7 years before returning to Australia to join the Link Executive Search team in early 2004. With a wealth of global contacts and excellent product knowledge, Tory’s core areas of specialisation are Treasury, Capital Markets, Debt Capital Markets, Research, Equities and Private Banking.
